INTRA CO – Return & Refund Policy

At INTRA CO, every product is made on demand and fulfilled through our trusted partner, Printful. Because each item is custom printed for you, we handle returns and exchanges differently than traditional retailers.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges only in the case of damaged, misprinted, or defective items.

  • If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 14 days of receiving your package at team@intracompany.shop

  • Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if possible.

Incorrect Address

  • If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the package is returned, we can reship the order to your correct address, but you’ll be responsible for the additional shipping cost.

Lost Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, we’ll work with Printful to investigate.

  • After Printful confirms the package was lost, we’ll ship you a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued if:

    1. Your order arrives damaged.

    2. Your item has a printing or manufacturing defect.

    3. Your order was never delivered due to a carrier issue confirmed by Printful.

For all other situations (wrong size ordered, change of mind, etc.), we currently do not offer refunds or exchangessince each product is made specifically for you.
